AWS North Virginia data centres

The AWS North Virginia region is the largest region and according to Greenpeace data centre report houses 60% of the company’s servers. Its data centre locations are not transparent but can be easily established:

    I live in South Riding, and do my 30 minute walk by that Clubber Lane address.(name is close to Clubber Lang from Rocky 2!) The rumor I heard was that it was a Amazon Retail Warehouse, but I've seen multiple trucks with huge electrical wire gage spools visit, and there is an electrical Sub Station being proposed nearby to support this location. Thanks for your blog and confirming its location.
