I did the same two years ago over two days along waterfront wherever possible:
- Day 1: Coogee to Opera House
- Day 2 (following weekend): Opera House to Manly

The hardest part was walking along concrete/tar streets...very tough on joints. My Hoka shoes with massive cushioning helped.
